Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why does my participation matter?

The percentage of alumni that participate is a factor used in U.S.News & World Report when determining a College’s rankings. Also, corporations and foundations look at the number of people, especially the percent of alumni, who give back as a basis to determine whether we are a worthwhile investment. So your support at ANY level is a vote of confidence in a Pitzer education and makes a difference to the College and its current students.
