Selected Gifts

The Senior Class Gift is a student-run fundraising effort that encourages seniors to give back to spaces and causes that played a key role during their time at Pitzer. The goal of the campaign is to achieve as close to 100% participation from the Class of 2017, meaning a senior can give as little as $5 to be counted and make a difference for current and future Pitzer students. The Senior Class Gift stands to promote philanthropy throughout the entire student body and inspire the graduating class to leave a legacy in commemoration of their educational journey.

HEADLINE GIFT

Class of 2017 Scholarship

This year, the Senior Class Council has chosen to highlight a fund that supports undocumented students studying at Pitzer College. It is formally known as the Class of 2017 Scholarship. In addition to the recent decision by President Melvin L. Oliver and the Board of Trustees to designate Pitzer as a “Sanctuary College,” many students are looking for ways to show their support for a more diverse and inclusive community. The funds raised for this scholarship will help enable all students, no matter their race, gender, ethnicity, citizenship status or sexual orientation, to continue learning, living, and thriving at Pitzer College. The Class has also chosen to highlight other funds that encourage inclusivity and diversity at Pitzer, and they are listed below. DONATE.
