AHA Presents 2016 University Humanist Award to Pitzer College

The American Humanist Association (AHA) presented its 2016 University Award for Philosophical Diversity to Pitzer College. AHA executive director Roy Speckhardt presented the award to Professor of Sociology Phil Zuckerman, founder of Pitzer’s secular studies program, Thomas Poon, Pitzer College’s interim president, and Nigel Boyle, dean of Pitzer faculty.
